"DO Not STAY Hither!"

Jacuzzi tub was disgusting! Turn the jets on and stuff shoots out- peel clay mud sand and idk what else! I was given cleaning supplies to make clean information technology myself- the toilet was also broken. They offered me $twenty DATE Nighttime RUINED!

"Don't stay here if you value your identity"

Requires photograph images of id and credit bill of fare filed with them on their reckoner to check in. Marijuana smoke throughout non smoking areas. Toilets low to ground. Quiet although adjacent to railroad tracks and airport. There are ameliorate choices on the aforementioned street.

"Pretty expert"

We have travel from OK to TX quite often and always stop in Dallas for a break since the bulldoze is 9hrs. Nosotros take stayed in hotels near this area but by far this is the best hotel still! It's make clean and nice for the toll. Nosotros did run into a modest issue with the toilet running at 3am but we chosen the front desk and they walked usa through what to do. The breakfast biscuits were good. However, I was expecting more options. All in all, information technology was a pleasant stay!

"Poor Pandemic Response"

Stayed at the same hotel..overnice place, clean interior/exterior presence, good free breakfast and cyberspace service, just their pandemic response of NO daily room cleaning services and NO trash choice-up for the iv nights/five day stay!! I thought that was ridiculous. They may not accept Covid only they will have cockroaches in their future with that mindset. Had to discover a housekeeper cleaning another room to secure additional washcloths. Asked for a "catch-northward-get" breakfast bag, prior to early departure and was assured it would exist available....NO one was at the desk when I departed. Merely a box to drop my room key in leaving.

"Hotel needs a facelift"

This hotel is close to Dallas Lovefield airdrome. The price is fairly reasonable but this hotel needs a facelift/makeover. Saul at the front desk was very squeamish. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Some of the clientele staying in this hotel were sketchy.

"Don't Stay here!!"

Pillows are terrible!! We had to go buy our own just so we could sleep! We had the lovely smell off Marijuana every time we opened our door. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. STAY Abroad there are other options on the same block. Vacation Inn Limited and La Quinta I bet those are waaaaayyyyy improve!

"Jacuzzi Room"

I recently stayed at you location this past Sat ten/16/21. I was excited to stay in the Male monarch Jacuzzi with my Married woman. The room was overly sprayed with air freshener. I inspected the Jacuzzi & seen it was the shower, bath tub, and Jacuzzi likewise. Very disappointing and wanted to leave. My Wife wanted to stay and we did. Other issues I experienced was the Air conditioning. I had it at 70 and at 60. Still wasn't cold. As we laid the bed information technology was quite noisy and made information technology difficult to get adapted to sleep. I reached out to GM - Ankit Patel & Front Office Mgr - Kennedy Harris via email & telephone. Neither one have attempted to contact me.

"Corking clean room"

Great room sheets always fresh and clean and the surrounding customs is also where we deport Business organisation in the Addison coridor. I wish all hotels used new sheets and pillows that's what makes this hotel stand out. If you know of something else in room is more important than that delight inform me .

"Disappointing management rules"

Nosotros stayed here ane nighttime. Let me first state that the staff was nifty and the beds were comfy but not certain near some of the management choices. Nosotros had a room with 2 beds. Each had exactly ii pillows (lumpy..and not so lumpy. Our room was a non-smoking room but conspicuously smelling of cigarettes. The piece of furniture was a scrap banged up, the lamp shade crooked, the bath towel smaller than normal. Due to Covid we were offered a catch and go bag instead of breakfast, packed with an apple tree, a cereal bar, water, and one of the prepackaged cinnamon rolls. Coffee was only available in the room, let'due south call information technology colored chlorinated water.. What really stood out though was the extra rule this hotel made me initial off on: make-upwards stains on linens would incur a $50 charge. Never seen this earlier… would we come up back? Probably non.

"North Dallas"

The cabin was in a quite area with several other motels effectually. It has proficient parking and nice rooms. There are several restaurants in the expanse and so dinner was easy. It just off of Beltline Road and close to North Dallas Expressway so it is convenient to travel effectually the area around North Dallas.
